Led the Board of Traffic Wardens for a full academic year at Chung Ling High School, Penang.
Traffic wardens manage safe movement of students around the school — daily duties at gates and crossings, special duties for events, and maintaining the discipline standards of the organisation itself.
As President, I oversaw the full operation: rostering, training, standards, and the annual Combine Camp — a collaborative camp run across multiple schools' traffic warden bodies. Coordinating across organisations for a joint event at that age was genuinely complex.
My first real experience of institutional leadership — not just being good at something, but being responsible for everyone else in the organisation being good at it too.
