One contribution that pleasantly surprised me the most was his initiative to document all the calculations related to the problem statement. As someone already working in the industry, I found that level of detail both refreshing and impressive. Considering he had no prior knowledge of the topic, the effort and initiative he demonstrated were remarkable. It reflected not only his willingness to learn but also his commitment to ensuring the team had a clear understanding of the work. Edmund was consistently proactive in contributing and offering help whenever needed. He also brought valuable perspectives to the discussions, providing different insights into the problems we faced and suggesting practical solutions to address them. WE WON! I believe Edmund played a significant role in making that possible. From the ideation stage to developing our recommendations and delivering the final presentation, he remained consistently committed throughout the entire project. His efficient approach to completing deliverables kept the team on track, allowing us to finish the project ahead of schedule and submit a strong final solution. His consistency, initiative, and reliability were key factors that contributed to us clinching the win.
