Mentee
“Edmund taught me to think beyond my own limitations. He reminded me that success isn’t just about having knowledge it’s about taking action, meeting inspiring people, and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. That’s a mindset I carry with me now.”

How were you thinking about your work before mentoring, and how do you think about it now?
I’ve become more intentional about stepping out of my comfort zone and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. He inspired me to think beyond simply building a career, and to start designing the kind of life I truly want to live. I’m still learning every day, but his mindset has definitely influenced the way I make decisions, approach challenges.
Was there a specific mentoring moment that stuck with you?
One mentoring moment that has always stayed with me was when he told me to always keep studying. He believes that improving by just 1% every day is still progress, and that no matter where you are in life, you should never stop learning. He also changed the way I learn. He taught me that since our time and energy are limited, we should learn efficiently. Instead of trying to read every book cover to cover, he showed me how to use AI to summarize the key ideas first, then connect those ideas to my own life. Don’t just read a book let each book help you change at least one small habit. This mindset has completely changed how I approach learning and personal growth.
